Welcome to the Beaches of South Walton

Northwest Florida is world-famous for the Beaches of South Walton. This newly designated “Florida Scenic Highway” is an 18.5 mile stretch of road located in the Panhandle of Florida's Gulf Coast conveniently located between Destin and Panama City Beach and is also referred to as "the Emerald Coast", or just "The Coast".

Scenic Highway 30-A is a very laid-back beachy area, yet is very upscale with warm congenial people ready to speak to you at length about what makes the area so special. At the East end of 30-A you will find Inlet Beach, Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach, Alys Beach, and Watersound. Centrally located villages include Seagrove Beach, Seaside, Watercolor and, Grayton Beach. At the far West end of 30-A are Blue Mountain Beach, Santa Rosa Beach and Dune Allen Beach along with many developments and neighborhoods sprinkled in between.

The crystal white sands and beautiful emerald waters are the main attraction. A nearly 20 mile paved bicycle and walking/jogging trail offers another way to enjoy the local beauty. There are 11 rare costal dune lakes that are unique to the Gulf coast. Along with Golf, tennis, world-class fishing and shopping, as well as upscale dining and lots of Mom and Pop boutique shops and eating establishments. Truly South Walton is an American Treasure and a very unique American city. There are year-round activities that invite all to return again and again.
