Ed's career in Real Estate started in the 90's while he was an independent "handy man" contractor in the Okaloosa Walton County area for several years.

With a builders background Ed knew good quality construction and workmanship. That ability helped him in learning to assess the value of a property, which ultimately helps any good agent pin point the price a home or property should be listed at. "I am not an appraiser" Ed says "but I can zero in on a close range of where a home or property should be listed at, as well as where it will probably sell". Our Real Estate market is in flux today, prices will not always go up in such high percentages, especially at the rates we have seen since the beginning of this decade.
